How a contract staffing engagement works with us
1-Requirement scoping
We discuss role definitions, salary bands, deployment location and expected timeline before sourcing begins.
2-Sourcing & screening
Candidates are identified through our database, job boards and referral network, then screened for role fit.
3-Verification & documentation
Reference checks and background verification are completed, and statutory documentation is prepared ahead of joining.
4-Deployment & onboarding
The candidate joins on JZ Staffing, induction and paperwork are completed, and your team is kept informed throughout.
5-Ongoing workforce management
Attendance, payroll runs, statutory filings and monthly reporting are handled for the duration of the engagement.
6-Exit & settlement
Full and final settlement, compliance closure and backup deployment are arranged when a role changes or an employee exits.
What’s included when you work with us
Dedicated account manager
A single point of contact for requirement updates, escalations and reporting.
Monthly MIS & compliance reporting
Headcount, attrition and statutory filing status shared on an agreed cadence.
Replacement support
Support in identifying a replacement where a deployed employee exits early in the engagement.
Backup resourcing
Pre-identified candidates kept ready for roles that are critical to your operations.
Consolidated invoicing
A single, itemised invoice covering the deployed workforce rather than fragmented billing.
Audit-ready documentation
Access to compliance records and filings when your team needs them for internal or statutory audits.
Typical turnaround time
Turnaround depends on role complexity, seniority and the volume being hired. As a general guide:
| Role tier | Indicative turnaround |
|---|---|
| Entry-level and bulk hiring roles | 3 to 7 working days |
| Mid-level and specialist roles | 7 to 15 working days |
| Senior or niche/leadership roles | 15 to 30 working days |
Across role types and volumes, deployment anywhere in Delhi NCR is completed within 7 to 15 days, including large bulk-hiring drives, which are scoped separately based on total headcount and the number of deployment locations involved.
Delhi NCR coverage, with delivery across India
Our office sits in South Extension, Delhi, close to the centre of the city. From here, we deploy and manage workforce across Delhi, Gurugram, Noida, Greater Noida, Faridabad and Ghaziabad, covering the full spread of the NCR business belt.
For clients with requirements outside NCR, we extend the same staffing and payroll-compliance model to other Indian cities and states, allowing a single vendor relationship to support multi-location hiring rather than coordinating separate regional agencies.
How candidates are screened
Sourcing
Candidates are drawn from our internal database, job portals, professional networks and employee referrals.
Skill assessment
Role-relevant screening to confirm technical or functional fit before a profile is shared with you.
Document verification
Identity, educational and employment documents are checked ahead of onboarding.
Reference and background checks
Previous employment references are verified, with background verification applied where the role requires it.
Compliance eligibility
PF and ESI applicability, statutory age requirements and related eligibility factors are confirmed before deployment.
Statutory compliance we handle
Provident Fund (PF)Registration, monthly contribution and filing for eligible employees deployed through us. Employees’ State Insurance (ESI)Coverage and contribution management for employees within applicable wage limits. Income tax & TDSMonthly TDS deduction and deposit, with quarterly TDS returns filed as required. Form 16Annual Form 16 generation and issuance to deployed employees. Minimum wage adherenceSalary structures aligned to the applicable state minimum wage notifications. Full and final settlementExit dues, statutory deductions and settlement documentation handled on separation.
Contract staffing charges
The same published commercial structure we use across all 40+ of our current client relationships in Delhi NCR. 10% of the employee’s base monthly salary, or a fixed rate per employee. We charge either a fixed rate per employee or ten percent of the employee’s base monthly salary, whichever structure suits the engagement. Either way, the charge covers the complete set of workforce-management services delivered on your behalf, including:
- Comprehensive statutory compliance handling — Provident Fund, ESI, income tax deduction, monthly TDS deposit, Form 16 issuance and quarterly TDS return filing.
- Payroll processing and disbursal for the deployed workforce.
- Documentation, onboarding support and monthly MIS reporting.
- A dedicated account manager for the duration of the engagement.
Both the fixed-rate and percentage-based structures are fully negotiable, based on the scope of the contract and the number of employees involved. Reach out with your requirement and we’ll work out terms that fit the assignment.

Contract staffing as our core focus
A team built around one discipline, rather than contract staffing treated as a side line to other recruitment work.
Published, negotiable commercial model
A stated fee structure — fixed rate per employee or 10% of base salary — negotiable by scope and headcount, rather than an opaque quote.
Founder-led delivery
Close to two decades of hands-on recruitment and workforce-management experience behind every engagement.
Proven at scale
More than 3,000 people currently on our payroll across Delhi NCR for 40+ clients, including a single deployment of 850 with one manufacturing client.
Questions decision-makers ask before choosing a staffing partner
What is contract staffing and how is it different from permanent recruitment?
Contract staffing means an employee works at your workplace under your day-to-day direction, while our organisation remains their employer of record for payroll and statutory compliance. Permanent recruitment places the candidate directly on your company’s own payroll from the outset. What is included in the contract staffing fee?
The fee is charged either as a fixed rate per employee or as 10% of the employee’s base monthly salary. It covers payroll processing, statutory compliance management, documentation, monthly MIS reporting and a dedicated account manager for the engagement. Can contract employees be converted to permanent employees later?
Yes. Contract-to-permanent conversion is a standard part of workforce planning and can be arranged once you decide to bring a role onto your own payroll. Which locations do you cover besides Delhi NCR?
We are headquartered in South Extension, Delhi, and deliver across Delhi, Gurugram, Noida, Greater Noida, Faridabad and Ghaziabad, with pan-India deployment capability for clients who need multi-city or multi-state workforce support. Who is legally responsible for the contract workforce — the client or the agency?
As the employer of record, we handle statutory registrations, payroll compliance and documentation for the deployed workforce, operating within the compliance framework applicable to the principal employer and the staffing agency. Do you provide replacement support if a contract employee leaves early?
Yes, replacement support is part of the standard engagement, along with backup resourcing kept ready for roles that are critical to your operations. Can you handle bulk or high-volume hiring?
Yes. Bulk hiring drives are scoped as structured engagements based on total headcount, role mix and the number of locations involved. Is the commercial model negotiable?
Yes. Both the fixed-rate-per-employee and the 10% of base salary structures are fully negotiable, based on the scope of the contract and the number of employees involved. What documentation do you provide for compliance audits?
We maintain records of PF, ESI, TDS and related statutory filings for the deployed workforce, and make these available to your team when needed for internal or statutory audit purposes. Does the contract staffing fee include payroll processing?
Yes. Payroll processing and disbursal for the deployed workforce is included within the standard contract staffing fee, alongside statutory compliance management. What is the average turnaround time to deploy contract staff?
Indicative turnaround is 3 to 7 working days for entry-level and bulk roles, 7 to 15 working days for mid-level roles, and 15 to 30 working days for specialised or leadership roles.
Discuss your workforce requirement
Tell us what roles you’re looking to fill, the city or location where the workforce needs to be deployed, the approximate headcount you have in mind, and the timeline you’re working towards. Once we understand the scope, our team will assess it and recommend the right fit — standard contract staffing, flexi-staffing for variable demand, or a structured bulk hiring drive.
